K1 Visa Fee Waiver

I live below federal poverty level. Can I get a K1 Fee Waiver based on my income level ?

If you can not pay these fees.. how do you intend to care for an entire new person living with you, being completely dependent upon you and whatever soul you convinced to co-sponser you?  The amount of threads that I've read of people who moved to the USA and suddenly realized their partner was in dire financial problems is too high around here.  Seriously consider the increased costs that you will be looking at by bringing your fiance to the USA, and seriously consider the affidavit of support that you would be signing.  You can NOT let that person become a ward of the state.  They can NOT received welfare or medical assistance or any other government sponsored assistance program.  You and your sponser will be responsible entirely for their care, or are you not fulfilling your contractual obligation.

No. And there's also no fee waiver for AOS from K-1 visa. 

 

How do you expect to provide for an immigrant if you can barely provide for yourself? What's your plan for that? How about health insurance? 

Visas can be and are denied if you can't prove to the consular officer that the person will not become a burden on society - public charge.

No, no fee waivers are available for the I-129F, K-1, or AOS from a K-1. And as others noted, looking at how you will take care of somebody who cannot work for (at least) several months after entry is a real concern.
