hi everyone, i have specific question maybe someone could help. i graduated nursing school with bsn in my country. and i do not have a license from my country. i dont have any experience . i only have rn license from new york. i passed the nclex and got my us license. i found a good sponsor who found me a job and i got approved for eb3 visa by uscis and nvc cleared me and my interview is in few weeks. supposedly everything is in order could the us embassy deny me because i do not hold an rn license from my country ?

All the US cares about is that you passed the NCLEX not if you got a license in your home country. What country are you coming from?

Timeline

Are you  having anxiety over the interview? I understand you 100%. I am in the same boat, we have to leave  and go to the interview  after my waiver comes (hoping it gets approved). I am also thinking of the worst case scenario all the time. I am starting to have  some  panic problems  as well...  I  wish I could give you more reassurance, hang in there !
