I know that we see the unusual side of things here normally but I can not imagine you can not get a visitor visa applies to all and we know nothing about circumstances.

So nobody aged 17 from Morocco has ever visited the US?

Sounds unlikely.

thank u guys but she too busy she work and it's her first year in university so she can't come she have like 2 weeks off in christmas

Sounds like she just might have to wait to come and meet you in person and that is probably a good thing.  She should be concentrating on school with such a demanding schedule.

If you can find one, let us all know as normally the only ones with visitor visas are parents of a naturalized citizen

you have to own property, you need a good job ( most in morocco do not have jobs and if they do, like my husband he made only 90 USD a month working 6 12 hour days) the good jobs are the people who work the phosphate mines and it is hard to secure these jobs

a 17 year old is not going to get one / no education / even though it is free too many quit school early and parents let them as they education is not important to the older generation / the belief still is to have lots of children to care for them in their older years

i have done volunteer work in Morocco and made 6 trips spending months there at a time
