You can apply for a tourist visa so long as you can pay the $160 fee. That said, it would be incredibly difficult to get one as a 17 year old from Morocco with a US fiance.

Once you meet, she can technically petition for you for a K-1. However, you probably should meet several times first since Morocco is considered high fraud. Plus you're both quite young....no need to rush into anything.

If you just want to meet then she can visit you or you can apply for B2 tourist visa.

K1 fiancee visa is for people 100% ready to marry. It's not a visa for only casually meeting.

Like other posters said: meet with your girlfriend many, many many times. The good thing is: both of you are very young so no need to rush and that will give you the time to build up a real relationship.

It will be hard for you to get a tourist visa so your girlfriend either has to come to Morocco or you have to meet somewhere else. Turkey is beautiful and you don't need a visa I believe.

Your focus should not be on "getting a US visa" but on building a bona fide relationship with plans to marry after 90 days and evidence to
proof it.
Many K1 visas get denied from your country due to high fraud and couples end up marrying and go for a CR1 visa.
You have to be at least 18, you are both young kids and likely will be denied.
So how serious are you if this turns into a 3 year visa journey ?

As long as you two have a real relationship and she can meet the financial support requirements, sure.  I actually don't think you have to be 18 as far as I can recollect, but you do need to be of age to marry in whatever state.  You can check out those requirements here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Age_of_marriage_in_the_United_States#cite_note-17

You'll really want to consider some things however, like where are you going to live?  Hopefully not with her parents, because trust you me, your man cred is going to shrivel up and die if that is the case.

Do you or she have an education that will provide a good life for you both, i.e. a trade education or good bachelor's degree?  That's something you'll want to think about doing before marriage and children.  America can be really hard for people who fall into the working class end of the spectrum.  It can be difficult and with hourly retail jobs (if you can even get those), you'll most likely struggle to afford a place to live, cars, health insurance, and food.  Don't get fooled into thinking America is a place where the grass is greener.

when they say expensive, they mean it

with all immigration asked me to do, i spent $35000

multiple visits (5 before approved)

multiple applications

i can almost guarantee (at your ages) a K1 will be denied and if she visits and marries on 1st visit, the CR1 will be denied as evnf the most experience and financially able are denied K1

you need to have time to experience life

talk to this girl and if, in 3 or 4 years you are still "in love" then marry in Morocco and do CR1

you have no chances to get a tourist visa / she has to visit you many times

not to say i do not believe u are in love but telling u what happens in real life in morocco cases

good luck to you both

I know that we see the unusual side of things here normally but I can not imagine you can not get a visitor visa applies to all and we know nothing about circumstances.

I have no idea what his situation is and nor do you.

Sounds like he can afford a holiday in the US which is more than I could at that age.

hes just asking about getting a visa. alot of people think the USA has 'girlfriend' visas or someone can sponsor the trip.  which are both untrue.  he really didnt say anything about marrying.  everyone jumps to conclusions.

unfortunately, their are no girlfriend visas and you wont get a visitor visa.  sounds like you havent even met. she will need to come to you.  and you are only 18 so enjoy your life. even if you applied for a k1 it would probably get denied and a cr would take YEARS to get coming from morocco.  so i would focus on your life/education there and if you really want to come to the USA and you have money, apply and go to college.

good luck

I think he only wants to know if he can get a visa to come and visit. I don't think he meant a K-1 visa. 😄
