Biometric Appointment

I had an appointment for September 13, 2017 in Tampa. I went there but the office was closed due to Irma. I've been waiting for an reappointment letter but none so far. Can I just walk in and get my biometrics done? What are the not so busy days/times? Is there a way to schedule the appointment myself?

Hi, I did a walk in for my biometrics in July 3rd at West Palm Beach and it was successful, I got there a little after 1:00PM and had no problems, I went so late because I saw many people saying that they were refused in the morning (because they usually have a line in the morning) so I recommend you to go after noon to make sure that they are not so busy.

Good Luck!

PS: Did you get your drivers license yet?

I checked on google and it says the office in Tampa was busy in the morning (this morning that is) but I am at a point where I just feel like I need to walk in myself to get it done as this is taking a long time.

No I don't have my license yet as I am waiting on my Green card.

If you're close of the office just go there this afternoon and try it...do not forget to bring with you your appointment letter and passport.

I got my drivers license here in Florida with my NOA1 2 days after getting it, and I even had my I-94 expired at the time...go to DMV with your NOA1s, I-94, passport, proof of address and you can get it...I sent my package to USCIS on June 12 and got my drivers license June 26th.

Oh nice! Here I thought I would need to wait to first in order to get it. This could save me a lot of time too and get me adjusted a little more. They asked you to do the driving test right?

I didn't have to do the test because I already had a Florida DL that was expired since may 2016...what does your I-94 say, is it expired?

Yeah my I-94 should be expired now. Been here since May. So I guess since its expired it won't work then right?
