Yes got the case number and invoice number over the phone. I still didn't get the welcome letter so far

Nice! So things as of now are indeed looking at 6-6.5 months at TSC for I-130 for parents.

Got my forms I-130 approved for both of my parents on the March 9th. Almost 6 months of waiting. How's the NVC process working out to you guys?   Priority date Sep 21, 2017. Texas

Hi - no further updates yet. I haven't called NVC for case numbers as everyone else's seems to take at least 6 weeks to get the case numbers. I will call after couple of weeks. We aren't in a rush as we are still collecting some docs anyways.

 

Has your daughter called and did you guys get the case numbers?

My daughter will call this coming may but i insist to call today coz almost 5 weeks since our cases sent to nvc. Our pd both aug 28 2017 and we approved in march 5 and 9. We haven't yet case numbers

Hi All - 

 

I called NVC yesterday. They have received my parents' cases on 9-Apr and 19-Apr (mom and dad, respectively). But case number is not yet available. The lady said to call after 2-3 weeks for case #. I will call in 2-3 weeks and update here. 

 

Has anyone else in this group tried calling?

Hey, welcome. And yes, all service centers are ok :) . There are some Aug filers here as well and I think I saw one Oct filer as well. We are all just helping each other, so everyone is welcome.

By the way, here are my dates (I haven't figured out how to put the timeline in my signature, so if anyone knows, please let me know)

My Dad's case were received by NVC on 4/13. I called last week and the told me it's taking 8 weeks for case number. Glad to know they're making it earlier by the time you call. I'll try again sometime next week. My mom's case which I file in April 2017 is done and ready for interview. It would be nice if my dad's paper can catch up.

06-30-2011- I-130 filed (marked as our PD)

07-09-2011- NOA1

12-09-2011- I-130 Approved

01-09-2012- case number and IIN assigned, ds-3032 and AOS bill invoiced

01-09-2012- AOS paid online

01-10-2012- AOS fee PAID

01-15-2012- emailed DS-3032

01-19-2012- DS-3032 accepted

01-19-2012- IV fee invoiced

01-20-2012- IV fee paid online

01-24-2012- IV fee PAID

01-24-2012- mailed AOS form

01-25-2012- mailed DS230 (via fedex)

02-01-2012- RFE NBI and ds230 part 2 should be submitted

02-02-2012- RFE sent to NVC

02-10-2012-case completed INTERVIEW SCHEDULED (March 13,2012)

02-16-2012-medical examination PASSED

...preparing for interview

Ours with my husband still no case number, my daughter called nvc last two days . My case was received nvc march 28 and my husband april 5.. so long to wait. We were approved march 5 and march 9 for my husband

Case received 23 April!

Same here. Case recd 9-April and 20-April, called last week for case # - was told to call 2-3 weeks later. So will call next week again.

noa1: sept 13

RFE: Mar 21 2018

First update May 1st: Response recieved by uscis 

Second update May 4th: name update happened although I did not request it. 

Case approved: May 8th (approval visible on new portal only)
