Good News! Got the NOA2 approval for both my mom and dad today in mail. No text notification. Was expecting something in the mail like everyone else. Off to NVC stage now.

Excellent news! Good luck with the next stage. I am waiting on my parent's NOA2 - PD 9/18. So hopefully we hear something soon.

So after case was sent to NVC, I should expect a letter from NVC, right? And whom do they contact first - petitioner (me) or my parents? Problem that my parents have moved to another city while we were waiting for NOA2, and how can I notify NVC about it, if I have not heard anything from NVC yet and dont have case numbers?

Thanks!

Parent's address dosn't matter. All the doucments are taken care of and sent to Beneficiary. You will need to send i864 and other documents.

I will be doing email processing of NVC.

Thank you so much, for reply! Sorry for so many questions, I feel al little bit lost around all that information! :)

So they will contact my parents by Email? Not by post? And they will not send anything to me by email?

No. they will contact you. you will get a letter in mail first about your NVC case number. then you can opt in to send all further documentation through email.

Good news A_Singh. Can all those who don't see any status updates online,  please check on the DHS case status page whether it is updated: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov. This one is different than the regular case status that we all see on https://egov.uscis.gov. Apparently, the DHS case status reflect the status more accurately.

Thanks willcrack for posting the DHS link. I registered an account on it. You are right, this seems to reflect the case status more promptly than the egov.uscis link. My mom's I-130 is showing as approved on DHS site, but still showing Case Received on the egov.uscis site. Dad's is showing Case Received on both, so there is still a bit of wait in front of me. And of course, I need to receive both approvals in mail. But thanks very much for sharing the link.

Hey adar24, did you create 2 separate accounts for both your mom and dad's i130. because i assume we have 2 different case numbers.

I just created one for myself - since I am the petitioner. And then entered the 2 case numbers using the "Add a paper-filed case" option. It shows statuses for both cases. I don't think this will be useful in the NVC stage, but it is useful for those who are waiting for USCIS/DHS petition approval.
