Hello guys

12/11/17 sent petition letter

12/14/27 Acceptance Letter

5/25/18 Approval Letter and routed  to NVC.

Question, we cant check our case without case number right?

Was your I-130 petition approved at the Texas Service Center?

That is correct although you can if you need to.

It took 3 days for my funds to clear to paid from a US bank account.  Be ready for a long day on the computer filling in DS260s and uploading all the docs needed.

Thank you for advice and information!

Just want to ask what are the docs that need to prepare?

So that people like me waiting for case number can prepare.

Thank you in advance

This is the link to the things you need to know.

Bear in mind though that we were also asked for our daughter's marriage certificate which isn't listed, so pay particular attention when they ask you for the civil documents.  We had a list to click and upload one at a time as we were through CEAC.

Hi everyone! I am working under Affidavit of support, do i need to provide separate Affidavits for each parent or just fill in one for both?   Thank you!

Yes definitely one each.  All the supporting financial docs are the same and need uploading to each case.

Some of the civil docs are the same for each but birth certificates and police certificates are individual.

Hi oceanwave

You could make one scanned pdf of the original language birth certificate and the certified by the translator version in English and then upload that.

Our case was received by NVC on 4/19/2018. I called in May and June to follow-up and was told to wait until the 8-week mark. I called back at the 8 week mark and was suddenly told that our case was received on 6/20/2018!!! I am not sure how to handle an incorrect priority date and dont know exactly what went wrong. The case has been sent to a supervisor and I have sent an email to NVC with the I-797 approval, which is dated 4/5/2018! Any help would be highly appreciated...
