Hi folks - I didn't see a tracker for September 2017 filers of I-130. So I thought I will start one if folks are interested in tracking status, issues, and approvals.

 

Here is my info.

 

I1-30 - Mom

Priority Date: 18-Sep-2017 

NOA1 received on: 25-Sep-2017

Waiting for NOA2

From reading postings on this forum in the June 2017 filers thread, it looks like folks who have filed in June are seeing some approvals trickling in. I think I also saw a PD 30-May-2017 approval sometime early Jan-2018. So, based on that as of now it seems it is taking TSC about 6-7 months. Given our PDs are in mid-Sep, I expect we should hear sometime in March/April time frame. Earlier if we are lucky ;) 

 

Goodluck to all of us! Please update the thread if you hear back. I am surprised why there aren't more September-2017 filers.

Hi im the beneficiary from my daughter as petitioner and ao with my husband. Im from philippines my NOA1 AUGUST 28 2017. STILL waiting for NOA2. Hoping we could have an update with each other. Texas service center too, praying for our approval soon to be approved

Even august filer dont have threads for parents petition, just saw spouse ir-1/ cr-1. Im august 2017 filer from   my daughter's petition.

Thanks for the info. I think Potomac is a little faster than TSC. Good luck and hope you get your approval soon.
