Hello, please is there anyone from Nebraska Service Centre that filed for their spouse on November 18, 2016 (US citizen for a spouse who is a non-citizen) and has received their NOA2 approval and been instructed on the next step? 

 

USCIS updated their Application that Nebraska service center has completed form 1-130 cases from last year November 1st to December 9th 2016 for over a month now and we have not received our NOA2 till now. We called and they kept on telling us we will get it but when? It's frustrating to wait this long and nothing is been done. It's 325 days now. 

Please share your views! 

How long does it take to get an approval once a month is completed?

How long does it take to get an approval once a month is completed? 

We stayed at USCIS over 350 days. All I can say is to remain patient sandy possibly contact Ombudsman.
