I sent additional vaccine records over as requested during our medical and apparently any updates means the case is pulled from the embassy files to be sent until it’s been reviewed and signed off. The nurse assured me that they would be sent either way (as they weren’t crucial at this moment) so they would be there in time so I guess I was just unlucky! X

Hey, I meant to ask what Knightsbridge said about Chicken Pox history or varicella vaccination waiver on your 3025 form they gave you.. Did they shed any light on that and with regards to the issues people have when they get to AOS stage?

In all honesty I didn’t ask, I can check the paperwork they gave me once I’m home tomorrow night.

The nurse did did mention to me that once we had the flu jab and my son had his last hepatitis b jab that we would be good to go for the AOS so my assumption would be that it’s not an issue. Couldn’t swear by that though I’m afraid

Hello everyone. 6 months and 1 day (184 days) since NOA1 and still no NOA2. My fiance called USCIS today, after they previously told us to wait for the 6 month line. We are now being told to wait until the online processing time updates to April 1st (which will be October 22nd) and I've completely lost my mind and all hope. I don't understand why it's taking so long. Each time they push us back more and more and I don't know what to do any more, I really don't.

Have you tried a congressional inquiry yet?

We're doing that now. My fiance really doesn't want to though as he thinks it'll make us look like idiots and affect the interview

We did a congressional inquiry and were approved for NOA2 2 days later. I know it seems like waiting is all we can do in this process but it's not unreasonable to want to know the status of your case. That's basically what we requested when we submitted our request to the congressman, you need to make it clear that you aren't looking to jump the queue, you would just like to know where it's at currently.

So we got some really bad news today.. basically I've been quite sick lately. I went to the doctors a few weeks ago and they told me it was viral and would pass, it didn't and I went to my doctor today who told me I have a severe chest infection. I immediately thought of the chest X-ray at my medical as I was gonna book my medical for next week and my doctor told me that I need to give it 6 WEEKS because the infection will make the X-rays blurry or something. I literally called my fiancé crying as we were hoping I would actually be with him in 6 weeks.. he is gonna call Knightsbridge tomorrow but moving before Christmas seems really far fetched now 😥😥

I am @ day 184 today. I submitted congressional inquiry last week but nothing yet. I called USCIS last week and tier 1 person created the inquiry and gave me inquiry #. She told me to callback in 15 days if no response is given.

Have you heard back from the congress office? We didn’t actually receive an email back until about 10 days later so I think it can take a while for them to get back to you.

100 % will NOT affect the interview. Their screw-ups and slow downs are not your fault.

Call them every day if need be.

Stay Strong . There was a MARCH filer 203 days no RFE that was just approved TODAY!
