I think she did that part, hence why she was worried. But she will be fine in any case.

Hello, I am looking for a little advice, maybe someone here can help me. I received an RFE today asking for proof that we have met in person. With my original 129F application, I sent 24 pictures of us together each in a different location and date and even in different countries. I also included a copy of our plane ticket receipts when we flew together. Now after receiving this RFE, I don't know what else I can do. I don't really have any addition evidence of us together, and honestly I thought what I sent would have been plenty. I called the 800 number twice and just got generic information, and was told to send what I have again or seek advice from an immigration attorney. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Pictures and confirmation of purchased tickets aren't considered proof as the pictures could be more than two years old and you might have purchased tickets but not travelled. You can send passport stamps (remember to send the identification page too with it) or have you kept any of your boarding passes or have any receipt from the places that you went together that match the ticket receipts?

I'll see if I can find the boarding passes from that trip, I used an electronic boarding pass on my flight leaving the states, but I can definitely send pictures of all the passport stamps and ID pages. Thanks for the quick reply and help

So my case is at the NVC now, it says “At NVC” when i check it.

I called today and they said it is under review and they need to check a few more things.

It has been there for a week now.

What is the average time before it’s ready?

We got the same rfe. You can contact the airlines and they can send you an email stating that the tickets were used and send a copy of your boarding pass. Also, if you used a dedit or credit card on your trip, print out those statements and send that as well. Just be sure that your name

or account number shows up on each page of the statement so they can verify it's yours. I sent the entire statement for the trios i took and circled the charges. You'll be fine :)

How do you check that it's at NVC? Do you call or is there a place online? I know I should have been paying attention as others have posted about NVC but I was so far behind everyone else I wasn't focused on the later steps!

After our approval, we received a copy of our approved I-129F. On the question about have we met in person in the last 2 years, the officer who approved our application wrote USC passport Visa Stamped at Heathrow airport 10/16/16 & Photos

We provided multiple boarding passes, receipts, airbnb invoices and photos and it seems like all they used was the visa stamp in the passport so definitely send over every page of your passport!
