Congrats to you for getting the NVC #.  The Philippines is an electronic embassy, so it will get there quick when it is sent.  I suggest checking the website 2 or 3 times a day to see.  It will change from 'at NVC' to 'In Transit' to 'Ready' all within a day when it happens.  It can take about a week or so for that to start.  You can do the DS-160 now, you can also schedule the Interview when you finish the DS-160.  The medical is not a schedule, but you can get that done any day after you are done with the DS-160.

Hii guys here I'm lost again . It's about the I-134 my fiance made more than 24000 $ last year but the problems is it's not w2 it's 99 . Our lawyer said we need a co-sponsor to qualify it . Do we really have to do that ? I'm not even sure if our embassy will accept that since Casablanca - Morocco embassy is one of the complicated strict one  . I really need help 🤔😓

How??? This are the kinda questions I worry about

They will take what they can.  I am brining 3 over so that may mean 100# each (2 50# suitcases each plus carry on).  I am also looking into  shipping so their trip is more comfortable.  I am worrying about the same thing!

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

This just in... I wish that my lovely Roma had not gone to bed right before I received word... we've been approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was on the phone when we got our alert at like 9:50pm EST. She didn't believe me until I forwarded her the e-mail from USCIS. I think she thought I was messing with her.
