Tax returns and bank statements.  Does she live alone?  I believe the sponsor and the sponsor's household has to be included in the minimum income requirement.

she lives with her son who she doesnt claim, do you still file taxes or have tax returns if your receiving SSDI

John, it wasn't that she went to someone other than the specific medical place.  She has something in her medical past that she needed to get a letter from her GP for and what they gave her was not good enough.  England is different than the Philippines in how they handle it, but they also have a special place to go, Knightsbridge, to have their Medical.

If it is just the three of you she has to prove that she makes $25,525 a year to meet the 125% of poverty level for 3.

 

I believe you are still required to file taxes.  Here are the guidelines for calculating the sponsors household:

 

The Form I-864 asks for the financial sponsor’s household size. When calculating their household size, sponsors must include:

• Their spouse,
• Any unmarried children under 21 (unless these children have reached majority under the law of their place of domicile),
• Anyone else claimed as a dependent on the sponsor's tax return,
• The principal visa applicant,
• Any derivative applicants who plan to immigrate within six months, and
• Any other people in the United States whom the sponsor is supporting on a different Form I-864.

Yes, me too.  She has been having an issue with her GP getting the info that she needs.  It has been quite a frustration for her.  It sucks, because she went to them in plenty of time to get it.

this is not the correct information for someone who is applying for a K1 visa

Yes and no, it is for the AOS stage of it.  

I-134 is needed for the K1 stage, then I-864 for the AOS stage.

yah the forms are completely different and iam confused as to tell her what documents are needed if she is on SSDI

Sorry I don’t understand? That’s what I did. Never used my own doctors but they require a letter from my doctors office.
