Hello! How’s everyone! Two more weeks and I’ll be flying to the moon. JK, to boston and marry the luvv of my life.

Anyway, my flight would be Singapore - Mumbai - London - Boston

I have a question for frequent flyer in Heathrow.

Do I need a transit visa? Because I’ll be transferring from terminal 4 to terminal 3.

How do I get an oyster card for the free shuttle? Do they have single trip?

My layover would be 2hr20mins. Will that be enough :(

Hoping someone could answer!

OK Guys, I kindly thank you for your help. I went some pages back, and this is what I came up with. There 2 of you in "received" status, and 3 more in RFE stage, every other case is either at NVC or further along. This helps us a lot to figure out the movement, as we are behind like never before. There are 101 total cases left in "Igor's list" for April, and you guys are 5 of those. There are 96 more VJ members that are unaccounted for.

If there is someone else I didn't quote above, please let us know. It is greatly appreciated ! Thank you in advance.

Yes. we requested to expedite our case. It says that they sent a response and it was completed. What does this mean? The response was sent last Oct. 26.

Transfer from 4 to Terminal 2 or Terminal 3

Free shuttle trains run between Terminal 4 station (Platform 1) and Heathrow Central station (Terminals 2 & 3). There are four trains an hour.

I dont know about the visa thing. Might be possible to just ask the airline or google.

Second interview tomorrow, however this time it is for her 4 year old daughter. It did not occur to me that they would want to meet with her since she is 4. However, from what I have read this is pretty common and is most likely the cause of the delay; would have been nice to have that communicated. Either way, they want to conference me in so I will be joining them in the interview, hence I am feeling quite anxious.

This is a good sign.  I haven't heard of this before. At least they are being very attentive to your case and I'm sure an approval is coming. They just want to make sure you and your fiance know all details about each other.

I know what they said. But at least from the data on hear 2 months is on the long end of an RFE. A large number of us got our NOA2 after 14-21 days from the RFE receive date. That is why I was saying to give them a call. The trick is of course talking to Tier 2 since Tier 1 can't tell you anything really.

Do I just call and request to talk to a Tier 2? The Tier 1 definitely wasn't any help.

Don't request, demand to speak to a Tier 2.  It has been too long already.

Yes you can call and just request talking to Tier 2. The other trick is you can ask the tier 1 if the background checks have been completed. They can't answer that and have to bump it to tier 2. Easy way if you aren't the type that likes to be pushy with people. I would wait until tomorrow afternoon to do so though. I typically called around 5-6pm EST.
