Wow, what an exciting week!!  Our visa was just issued!!!!   YAY!  Hopefully, it will be in Tuyen''s hands this week.

Yay!!! Let's say it is (cause I know it will be!) what are your plans for POE? As soon as possible?!?

i also need a cosponsor. i had an accident ive been in a wheelchair for the last 2 years and i haven't worked at all, (if you havent worked you need to write a letter as to why you havent filed taxes) we still have to fill out the i-134 and the cosponsor fills out the i-134 as well so any supporting documents that go along with the i-134 must be followed by you and th ecosponsor. supporting documents would be (tax transcript, w2, employment letter on letterhead and a bank letter (when account was opened, how much was deposited in the last year and how much is in there now) if you haven't worked like myself im attaching my SSI income verification which doesnt look good so i also am bringing a letter from my doctor which states my injury when i got my injury and that i haven't been able to work full time since, i also got a letter from a program that helps disabled people find work and offer resources and she wrote me a letter (when i started working with that program,what they have to offer and  that my goal is to come off SSI and work full time eventually) and then im going to get my bank letter and of course add the I134 your cosponsor must fill one too and obtain all documents necessary.

I haven't done my taxes ever. Because  this is my first year working so should i just explain that and should i get an employment letter ? My dad is my cosponser so

he include his taxes only or he needs to include his bank account balance as well???

yes i would write a letter that you didnt file taxes last year (leave out that its your first job) lol less they know the better. then get your empolyment letter on letter head when you started working, what you position is, whats your yearly salary and if the job position is permanent or temporary. 

you dad should request his tax transcript online or by mail it takes 5to10days by mail, if you need the link let me know or you can google tax transcripts and it will come up, you dad also needs his w2 as well as the bank letter, and his employment letter as well

We're looking at POE either the first or second week of November.  Based on the reviews, we are leaning towards San Francisco as our POE.  It will give us a chance to see the city for a day or two as well.  We're currently looking at Las Vegas chapels either the end of November, or early December after she gets her SSN.

Hi everyone!! For those who undergone Medical Exam at St. Lukes, I would like to know if urinalysis is still part of the exam. I just want to prepare in case I have my period during the medical exam schedule.

Why did you guys decided San Francisco at your POE? Could you tell us how it goes?

 

Im pretty sure that will be my POE since my fiance lives there!

POE will be determined by the flight that you get.  If you get a direct flight from Mexico to SF, then yes, if it stops somewhere else in the US first then no, it would be there.

Yes, if it all goes as we want, but we are depending on a lot of other people at this point.  Not on what we can do. LOL, just have to wait and see.
