I'm just looking over the things I need to bring for my interview on Thursday and I  have the following :

 

UK Police certificate

Norwegian Police certificate

Birth certificate

Embassy appointment confirmation

Affidavit I-134

My fiancees tax form for 2016

Fiancees letter of emplyment

Fiancees pay stubs ( we have the two most recent)

My divorce decree

My son's birth certificate

My I-160  bar code print out

New letters of intent to marry

 

Is there anything else I require for the UK embassy? Do I need my fiancees divorce decree as well? We submitted that with the i- 129.

I went through Canada and not the UK, but I went and checked my list and it specified I had to bring the divorce certificate for both petitioner and beneficiary.  I'm the only one that was divorced (beneficiary) but they did ask me at the document window if he had been married before (and I assume if I had said yes they would have asked for it).  Personally, I would bring it, just incase.

I want to wish everyone a very happy Monday morning.  I hope that everything goes perfect for those that are going for Medical or Interview, like you @_Mia_, Good luck.  I am sure it will be fine.  

 

We are still in the holding pattern, nothing new to report. USEM should have the Police Clearances now, but we have to wait for them to do their thing and send it to her.  Crossing our fingers that it all happens with speed.

we are still waiting for NOA2, USCIS received our RFE last Sept. 22, 2017. been over a month

Thank you! The status also changed from an Immigrant visa to a Non-Immigrant visa, what does that mean?

Well, that happens in the last part of the processing, before they finish their administrative thing and issue your visa :D
