Hi guys! I hope everyone had a lovely weekend!!

I'm just looking over the things I need to bring for my interview on Thursday and I  have the following :

UK Police certificate

Norwegian Police certificate

Birth certificate

Embassy appointment confirmation

Affidavit I-134

My fiancees tax form for 2016

Fiancees letter of emplyment

Fiancees pay stubs ( we have the two most recent)

My divorce decree

My son's birth certificate

My I-160  bar code print out

New letters of intent to marry

Is there anything else I require for the UK embassy? Do I need my fiancees divorce decree as well? We submitted that with the i- 129.

xx

Questions:

-If your fiancé (petitioner) is employed, is a letter from his employer enough for London ..or do you also ‘have to’ provide the tax returns and pay stubs?

-Sorry to bring this up Mia, but if your son isn’t applying for a K2, why do you they need his birth certificate for your K1 interview?

I’m also interested to know if the beneficiary is expected to bring the petitioner’s original divorce decree to the interview, when it’s already been submitted with the original I-129f application

Hey hun:) Yes we have two pay stubs ( the last two he's received but they also show year to date earnings), I actually forgot I also got a letter from his bank as well showing the average balance and savings, as well as I've got his 2016 tax return.. we figured one was enough?

Yes regarding my son, it says online at the embassy page that even if he is not coming with me at this point that they need his birth certificate so I'm going to bring it just in case.

Wow, I thought we only needed the employers letter (for the employed petitioners) for London. That’s good to know.

Good luck with Thursday. Will text you if I’m in town. X

it absolutely might be.. I'm not sure, however I think with the 134 there are some requirements for additional evidence. It's better to be safe than sorry I think :) I was gonna print out some picture of us etc, however everyone says that London doesn't require this? I might still print out one of two just to be safe lol

Yes just send me a text if you're around. My interview is at 11:30 xx

With me I took a letter from employer, official military orders, letters from banks, W2, 2 pay checks and the affidavit of support.

When I got to the window I asked the lady what exactly she wanted when she said financial information. I listed everything I had brought and she said 'everything!'.

With him being in the military, they would technically have all the info they needed just by knowing his Rank. But they still wanted all of that. So better to be safe than sorry ^_^

Yea, it was just the previous W2 ^_^. Also regarding your previous post, I took pictures and plane tickets etc with me too! They never asked for it but it's so much better to take those and not be asked than to not take them and be asked.

Good luck! You'll be fine

Thank you hun. Logan was like, it will be fine with just one.. and I'm saying I should bring like 3 lol. Everything is sent through to Knightsbridge now and i'm hoping since my medical was Tuesday last week that if there had been an issue with my blood test and x-ray that i would have heard something from them by now. And i sent the GP letter Friday and they said allow 3 working days for them to come back if they need more, so trying to relax lol xx
