Senator's office gave me the same non-answer I got from the Tier 1 phone people. I called last Friday and got a Tier 1 who was new and had no idea what to even do to lookup the website results, then I got a tier 2 who was rude and said the tracker was accurate and didn't want to help.

I will try again later this week to talk to Tier 2 and hopefully get a good one again. I am 2/3 for good nice tier 2 people.

Oh goodness.. yea we have experienced some rude Tier 2 officers too but will keep calling! I'll have to look into calling the senator

We submitted FB Messenger conversations and emails as proof of relationship (additional to the proof of meeting in person in the last two years).

I used Messenger on my computer to get bigger screenshots that I arranged in a document, 2 per page. They showed both our pictures and names and the date and time of the messages (it displays by putting the mouse over a message blub). I think we sent about 30 to cover over 2 years and a half period.

Hi I also used messenger on my computer and took pictures of them with my phone. Is that okay?

As long as everything is clear enough to be read, it should be fine. Screenshots seemed easy to me, but they care about the content, not how you do it, so it will be ok :)

So me and my son are setting off in 2 hours for our 8 hour coach journey to London, get there at 6.20 am tomorrow and then back on the coach home at 4pm. Going to take him for pancakes and to see Buckingham Palace during the little bit of free time we have in London. Been busy the past few days with finishing packing up my house and getting all documents sorted for the medical tomorrow!
