Pics were screenshots from our phones, not screenshots of my laptop taken with a phone. We sent not more than 10ish screenshots.

Oh okay I'm not sure how many I should send I have messages from 2013-2017. Originally I sent at least 40 pictures

I wish I could give you some precise and helpful information. We chat on a daily basis with FB chat so I had logs from conversations for the last 3 years from every single day we weren't together. I had tons of screenshots, but the lawyer said that's way too much and he said: "pick no more than 10", that's what we sent. Of course we sent all sorts of other supporting evidence so they might have not even looked at the FB chats by the time they saw all the letters from our family members, plane boarding passes, passport stamps, pictures, bookings etc.

Oh okay! Great Idea! I also have lots of pictures! I feel Like I should send everything since it's an RFE.

I dunno I'm just hoping when Matts at work and I cant work for 3-6 months that I'm going to feel lonely. Anyone thought about this or just me lol Hope all is doing well, I'm hoping I start to feel better later on today.

Hi,

It's been a while that we were waiting. 167 days application yet no NOA2. Does anyone of you knows what's going on?

Hi, have you called your senator or at least Tier 2 agent?

You should be approved this week it's been long enough for you guys.

Yep absolutely! Sometimes it really gets to me when I think about the long hours my man works and how much time I will just spend at the house alone missing my son, family and friends.. I'm really really stressed out lately too because my GP is giving me hell with my medical summary, basically they've put so much wrong stuff on there and now they're just not getting back to me.. I've sent them 4 emails since last week and emphasised the importance of the medical summary being accurate and I'm not getting anywhere with them. I'm getting to the point now where I'm thinking is it all worth it... I love my fiance so much and I cant imagine being with anyone else but I've been living in limbo for nearly 2 years now, this process is just getting too much.. I hate that so much depend on other people providing us with the things we need in order to move forward and just the thought of still putting my life on hold once I get there being alone most of the day and continue to have to wait for approvals etc for this process is really starting to put its toll on me.. But.. I'm sure I'm just having a bad day and I am sure that we'll both meet lots of new people and make new friends. Saying that we'll probably be in Jacksonville from time to time cos we have friends there so if you ever want to get a cup of tea and talk about back home just let me know :)

Have you tried going down to your GP to see them in person? I found that every time I call the doctors I really struggle but when I go down and speak to them in person there a little more helpful. I hope you get it sorted soon though, I can imagine how stressful it is. I feel the same, I've never not worked from being 15 so having to depend on someone is stressful. Awhh thanks babe, that'll be good :)  We'll actually be in Georgia (Ringgold, right next to Chattanooga) for the first couple of months staying with Matts dad. What part of  Georgia are you moving to? :)

Girl I've been to see them, I've called, I've e-mailed.. getting no where. I'm really getting to the point of starting a complaint or even calling Knightsbridge for advise. They gave me my full medical history with every single consultation note, and half of what it says is inaccurate and I'm thinking it could cause issues at my medical.. I'm flying out to the US on Friday for the weekend so i might just leave it alone for the rest of the week now and pick it up next week. That's really cool. We'll be in Tennessee in the beginning, not far from Chattanooga! :):) Same, I've worked since I was 18 and I just hate that i won't be making my own money or having to ask him to pay for stuff that I need. I think I'm gonna look into doing some volunteering as soon as I get my license.

YAY! Just got NOA2 Approval Notice in my mail. The USICS site still says "Received" and it still isn't updated.

NOA1 was April 24/ 2017

NOA2 September 27/2017

So good five months but now I am happy.

For everyone else who is still waiting - good luck, and don't rely on the gov website alone, your approval might be on your way.

Congratulations on your NOA2 :jest:

Got an RFE did anyone submit FB conversations as proof? If so how did you verify the account ownership and how did you present the conversations?

We submitted FB Messenger conversations and emails as proof of relationship (additional to the proof of meeting in person in the last two years).

I used Messenger on my computer to get bigger screenshots that I arranged in a document, 2 per page. They showed both our pictures and names and the date and time of the messages (it displays by putting the mouse over a message blub). I think we sent about 30 to cover over 2 years and a half period.

I worry about this all the time. I'm 22 so I'm used to having a pretty good social life, I rely on my car a lot, have a lot of friends at work and still live with my family. I'm gonna have to give all this up. Of course, it's all worth it to be with Collin.

The main thing making me feel ok about it all is knowing that Collin is off work a lot when I first arrive. Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas and then new year too. I'm hoping to meet some of his friends gfs/wives and luckily for me, the military base is going to be full of other people in my situation who have left everything behind when they moved on base. Some from other countries, some from other places in the US.

I think itll be hard for us all. But I know that it can be done. Stay positive and optimistic! ^_^
