Hey lady.

Your interview is scheduled..?

Or did your alert say "interview is ready to be scheduled"?

Mine has been in the status "interview is ready to be scheduled since january.."

Chicago usually takes min a yr so I'm just curious maybe something has changed or you got really lucky !

My status changed to “interview is ready to be scheduled “ last April 18th :D yesterday, it changed to INTERVIEW WAS SCHEDULED. :))

Chicago is fast, maybe for some cases.. My friends who are from Philippines, too, that lives in Chicago got their GCs, too :)) the two filed last january, and the other one, filed last february. It’s her interview today :))

For somw cases, their cases took up to 6 months, but they’re lucky coz they don’t have Interviews :))

Wow you guys must have connections lol jk

I wonder why they go so much faster that's like way way faster because even online it says 11.5 months to 32 months for Chicago so I was super surprised to hear. I wish I didnt have to go through an interview either but I will since it said ready to schedule interview.

Congrats !

I'm still waiting for my EAD/AP and I adjusted my status December 22, 2017. I just received an email yesterday stating that I will be sent a RFE In the mail. I've  been waiting 150 days for my EAD/AP and I'm getting so frustrated.

Wow that's frustrating hang in there.

I don’t know. But a lot of January and February Filers already have Interview letters and had interviews.. Even if that’s your status, there’s still chance you won’t be interviewed. But hopefully yours will come soon! I think it is really case to case basis.

Yeah seems a lot of January and February filers are jumping the line in Chicago and Philadelphia. Does make you wonder what is  up because both places have people still waiting from June 2017 and on.

Has anyone received an RFE this far along? I applied on Dec. 22 for I-485, I-765 and I-131 and now just received an RFE for initial evidence and found out that it can re-start the timeline from day 1. I'm so discouraged! My husband works as a baseball player in Canada in the summer from May-September and I can't even go see him. I'm beyond frustrated!

Super frustrating and i could be wrong dont they put your case on hold when it's an rfe and pick back up once they get your documents.

Hopefully he will get some time off between to visit like a weekend here and there. Hang in there !

Congrats .. be sure to write down the number ( I photocopied mine just incase) as they actually take the old ssn card away when they issue your new one and you have to wait a couple weeks for it in the mail
