EAD and AP Approved March 26!

Congrats!

I popped in for the first time in a month today to check and see if anyone had success lately. We're Canadian filers

as well and did the bio on 1/31, so exactly a month behind you. Nothing so far for us.

Looks like we all had to wait forever for NOA2 and now the lump in the snake is affecting EAD/AP. :(

Everything is slow right now... Looking at a ~6 month wait for NOA2 here. Going back to Russia next month though before good ol Aeroflot jacks up the prices for the next 3 months.

Hi! Where did you get your biometrics? What application center here in Chicago? I got mine at Burbank, Il. I know someone who filed from Chicago, too, they filed January and the other one waa last February, the January filer got her interview notice already, her interview will be this month, while the other one already got an RFE. I guess it’s really depends to the one who’s checking our papers :/ hopefully you’ll get an update soon, too!

Hey ! I had my biometrics over at Norridge, Illinois

Ya I think it's so odd how they dont go in order! I bet my case is just sitting on someone's desk that likes to take their time.

How are you liking chicago so far ?!

I called uscis support today to make a minor update on my travel document address. They made a typo and put FLR instead of FL2 for the floor number so I can see already their system is completely by case # and not by person which causes a mess for sure!

Anyways I also asked why I haven't heard anything since I put a case inquiry in over 15 business days ago and the uscis person told me case inquiries can take from 15 fo 30 days haha. I was told 15 days before.

Anyways he also said eads are taking 3 to 5 months now as we suspected.

Hopefully we all hear soon.

MY case tracker UPDATED to "New card is being produced" for EAD today April 11.  118 days later !!! No emails, letters etc yet.

I applied for my ap only 9 days ago I'm really wondering if it will come on my EAD card. Should be interesting to see! If so maybe that helped push it through. I'll keep everyone posted !

I'm happy to see that approvals have been coming through lately closer to the 4 months mark !

Ugh! I went outside today coz it’s nice! Just been staying home coz it’s cold and it snowed the other day! 😣

anyway, congratulations on your EAD update! Can’t wait to see my update too haha. Last timw they touched my case was March 25, which is a week before my biometrics. My status haven’t changed yet to fingerprints completed. :/
