We got married on Saturday, at Eric's parents' place.

Waiting for professional pictures to be done in 2 weeks, this is the only photo that we have, taken by Eric's dad. Meet our little monkeys:):

Well Chris and I go meet with the judge who is to marry us bright and early at 8:30am. Basically its to discuss where and when and if we have a backup oh and pay him. lol So far the when is December 9th at 1pm and the where is Garden of the Gods in the location they call the Chapel. That is where Chris proposed to me. Garden of the Gods has 7 locations that are free, first come, first served as long as you have like only 25 guests or less and a short ceremony. Course being outside in December has its quirks even for Colorado Springs but so far it looks like a decent day and no snow in the forecast. Not that I would mind. It hasn't been cold here for me yet. Coloradians think its cold ha but this Canadian hasn't got used to this warmer fall/winter.

Later Chris has an appointment to get shots in his eyes. He has to go every 4 months for them as if he doesn't he will go blind. Its a complication with his Diabetes. When we get back I am gonna make soft pretzels and dip to take with us tonight for the potluck and games night at a friends of his. I have yet to meet these friends so hopefully I make a good impression. I am actually rather nervous but I should be ok. I don't mind meeting new people usually. I guess its because these friends keep hearing about me so I want to live up to what my fiance told them.

Tomorrow we head to Denver to help a friend of ours move. She is 70 years old and has no other family or many friends really. I met her online 15 years ago. We finally met in person last January when I went to visit Chris. I am her emergency contact and she asked me to be her executor of her will when she passes. I agreed because again she has nobody really. She lives in a seniors apartment that she dubs the 16 floor Senior Kindergarten. LOL She is only moving into another apartment there where she will pay less. :) We are happy to be able to help her move. She is going to be my witness at the wedding.

Thank you!

My daughter is adjusting better as she is more extraverted, my son is too shy and avoids speaking as much as he can:( They go to different schools but they both have really nice and supportive ESL teachers, which is a relief.

How are you guys doing?

Well change of plans. :D We are gonna get married today the judge has an opening at Noon! He said it will be his bright spot in his morning after all the hearings he has today. So no witnesses. They are not needed in Colorado. lol So we are gonna go pick up our rings when the store opens and go out for lunch before heading back to the courthouse. The judge we picked is soooo nice. Has a great sense of humour. OMG I am getting married today!!!!!

Happy wedding day!!

I am glad to hear good news and I am happy for them adjusting well. We are doing great, Dani adjusted very well, its been two and a half month since going to this school, he has good grades and like this school system much better then in Bosnia. He's english is  excellent according to his teacher's. Only struggle is math, but he is having extra help with it in school. They devoted an adult person helping him every day 1 class.

I am doing great submitted aos and ead. Extended my DL. Waiting for biometric appointment.

According to vj time line my ead should be in mail between 8-19 February 2018

That is pretty much it :)

*grins* Lots of people said that you can see how happy we are to be together. I was smiling this morning as I was waking up and Chris said what are you thinking and I said "I was thinking about her perfect our wedding was because it was what it should be you and me". He smiled and said most definitely.

Well we are on our way out the door to Denver to help our friend move and after we do that we are having a pizza party celebration to celebrate my friends move and our wedding. Woohoo

Last night we went to his friends house for potluck and games night. This was the first time I had met any of them and omg soooo fun. I loved them and they welcomed me into their circle. Melissa told me that she couldn't wait to invite me to girls night things and Chris said Hey wait what and Melissa said you can't keep her to yourself all the time. HAHAHA He is so funny his Mom called me yesterday before she knew we got married but I couldn't answer because we were at his eye doctors. lol He said humph I think my Mom talks to you more than me and then laughed. He then said she is happy to finally have a nice daughter in law. She actually did tell me that she already knew I was a good person but would not speak ill of the ex. HAHAHA Chris already told me that his ex and his Mom never really liked each other.
