I can't imagine waiting even more, you have our sympathy, KozmicBlues!

Today was a big day for us, we handled some legal paperwork necessary before getting married, and then applied for the SSN and got the marriage license. Incredibly, we left the lawyer's office at 10:45 and got both the SSN and marriage license and were on our way to lunch in less than an hour! Probably didn't wait even 10 minutes in either location, and both times when we left there was a line at least an hour long behind us. I guess we paid our dues to the paperwork gods already and they smiled upon us.

While we still have lots of other things to do (driver's license, bank and insurance, etc) we're over the biggest hurdles now especially with the SSN on the way. We'll be scouting wedding locations this week.

Yay ! What a relief. I also got my Ssn and marriage license today 🙌

Well, everything is good. Had an awesome Thanksgiving weekend with the family and our little angel (Yaroslav's daughter) - took her to the city center to visit Franklin Institute and had a dinner in the restaurant.

But on Sunday both of us felt ill so this week we are doing everything to get better cause tomorrow is a big day - Yaroslav's graduation where he'll be giving a speech.

SSN and Marriage license issue solving are a bit postponed. Hopefully we will get back on track soon and I'll share some updates with everyone here.

Wish everyone stay healthy and happy!
