Part-time science instructor seems like the answer to put there

Forms expire, most likely they will replace the DS-160 soon with a revised online form.  Expiration date is inconsequential to you, just submit it when you are finished

Thank you AnJ Co for your help i wrote as you recommended me , i appreciate so much your help :)

That's why we do that. We want "just" a Vegas wedding, but we wanted to have it unique! I can let you know how it all went. Wedding is next week on Thursday. After that I'll know! :)
The entire organization was really easy, I just emailed back and forth with my sales lady, we ordered by mail, got brought in touch with a wedding coordinator for details. You can tell wishes you have for the officiant to do, you can actually customize pretty much everything. :)

Here's the page I got it all done. Scroll down for the packages! :)

Awesome thanks I will look at it now. And do let me know how it went

Thank you so much, Nicolas!

Can't wait till that day!

But actually next step is to receive passport with visa in it to buy one way ticket :)

CEAC still shows "ready" status though the case last updated date changed to Oct 18th. A little bit of another waiting

I vote for no more waiting. You've waited enough!! Hopefully this part will be expedited. :D

Hey guys! Our wedding rings are available now to pick up, since were on a budget we spent a little less than a thousand on both combined, and yesterday we booked a reservation for the honeymoon for 2 days. A nice jacuzzi to relieve some of the built anxiety from this process. It's much needed, and I'm super stoked and can't wait. It's only less than a month from now that we get married. We only really need to get a half a keg of beer ordered for the wedding, and apply for his social security card. I have everything ordered for the wedding and we only need basic stuff like chips and soda for other people, but I can't believe everything is pretty much done. Catering, DJ, pastor, marriage license, wedding decorations, rings, cake, and all the major stuff is completely DONE. :) Now I have already started researching AOS so I can be ahead of this whole process and aware of everything I need to submit. I'm feeling super good about this, and to be honest, I'm looking forward to filing it even though the paperwork is gonna be tiring, but it's so worth it and I don't mind anything. This process has taugh me to be incredibly patient, and while the stress has been so intense in the last few months, I'm actually happy to experience it since I'm not very good at coping with stuff, and have pretty bad anxiety. I'm happier than I ever have been before. I hope everyone else is settling in, and many others have successfully got in the U.S. with their loved ones. I'm so happy for everyone of us here and wish I could personally congratulate everyone for how far we've come. We got so far and did quite a lot to get our loved ones here, and we deserve this. I hope you've all been doing well, and sorry again for my quietness. I had no idea how hard it was going to be to keep up with everything but I like to come on here to post and let everyone know how our journey is going. I think I will have to check out the AOS forum on here pretty soon, and hopefully I'll see many of you in there as well. :P

Sometimes it does that. I've read from many people.
Try another browser, and - what I did - click save after every page you filed, so if anything crashes you don't have to restart it from the beginning.

thank you so much we did it :D

The I-129F is the US Citizen request for immigration to recognize your relationship.  The NOA2 is their approval of that recognition.  This approval then allows the named beneficiary (you) to apply for a K1 visa.  The application for the K1 visa is done by the beneficiary submitting the DS-160, paying the application fee ($265usd), and interviewing.

Find the link to the DS-160 on your embassy website.

Hope this helps

how/where do you pay the K1 visa fee? do you need to wait for the "Go ahead" from the consulate?

Hi guys I have another question    Medical is done and we sent the readiness letter back to the embassy and the case was updated again on the 17th as ready for interview   Do we need to wait for the letter to arrive in the mail or is it ok to go ahead and schedule online?

Thanks

So awesome to see so many approvals and POE's going on!!! My fiance got his PCC issued last week so we can FINALLY book his medical and interview. We were waiting to book the interview because we didn't want to have to re-schedule if the PCC didn't get issued in time, but luckily it was issued same day! The first and only thing that has been processed quickly in India :D Now he's in his hometown celebrating Diwali since his medical isn't until the end of this month. And once US Travel Docs opens appointments for November we will schedule his embassy interview!! I've been checking obsessively each day just waiting for November slots to open, right now it's only October available.

I hope, hope, HOPE that I will be giving good news of us being approved within the next few weeks! I'm so nervous for the medical and interview, but seeing all of the positive news from you guys here definitely helps settle my nerves!

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

The website says "You will receive an appointment when you have submitted your notice of readiness confirming that you have all the required paperwork in your possession. Embassy Belgrade will notify you of your interview date and time and paying the MRV application fee by an appointment letter."

If you can go ahead and schedule the interview yourself, then I would.  If there isn't a link to schedule it, it sounds like they hand out appointments themselves and you have to wait on it.  Can you email the embassy and ask for the interview?

My fiance is scared to call the embassy.   Not sure why hes initimidated.    If he goes on the site it does ask if he recieved the letter notifying him to schedule but i dont believe the letter will have his actual appt on it. I have emailed them once before but they were not very helpful.  They basically told me to ask him or have him call. I told him if he doesn't get mail tomorrow he should try to schedule it anyway.  Just wasn't sure if anyone else had this experience.   I know one person who hasn't recieved anything from their embassy since it was transferred from nvc
