I would call Tues just after 7am, then every 2 days.

Use this time to get your Fiance busy getting police clearances, certificate of no marriage, printing evidence of continuing relationship, certified birth certificate, etc 's.  Try to have these complete before NVC number is issued so your POE is soonest possible.

Please can you give me the website to check my case number ((nvc))

and today they gime me my case number then what !???

The 1040 is supposed to have all income on it, not just one employer from Oct 2016 thru Dec 2016.  If the 1040 has missing income,  that's a can I don't want to open.

My advice is to....

Get a letter from employer (on company letterhead) that says he is full time or part time, hire date, salary, hours scheduled and actual hours worked, and if position is permanent or temporary.

Copy of IRS 1040 or Tax Transcript 2016

All W2's from 2016

Any 1099's from 2016

Last 3 months pay stubs or Leave & Earnings statements

This should satisfy your embassy requirements

Yes , 1040 is supposed to have all income on it  but my fiance started to work on that company on September 2016 so 1040 will  not show how his income can cover all since it is not appear the whole year in it but pay stubs and papers from work he get shows everything and how he get good income which can cover all

https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

Start off by entering your nvc number and see where you are at.

Next, find your embassy website and follow their instructions because each embassy is different.

Next, find a VJ member from your embassy that is ahead of you in the process and you can ask them for clarification of anything that is confusing.   Click on "Portals" above.  You'll see a list of those in your same and further situation

:D Good luck

Ok, you are still ok.  It's FUTURE income they are most concerned about.

Follow my list and you will be fine.  Also fill out I.134 affidavit.

SOS!

I'm in Montreal but I've forgotten my police check... interview is tomorrow. Any suggestions guys? I'm freaking out.

I interview in Montreal tomorrow as well. They will likely just give you the form asking you to supply it ASAP. And likely issue the visa once they get it.

I just checked my binder for the thousandth time making sure I had everything.

So my case was approved. Now I’m confused on what comes next.

Wait On NVC to get Appruval and issue new numbers

So what do I pay next? And where? And How much?

Is this done before or after the case reaches Embassy??

When do you do the medical? After getting numbers from NVC or after reaching Embassy??

Please Help
