@Ste&Sel. Congrats :D  Brother, I'd really do up a celebration congratulations message but I'm on my phone with a ph connection.... just happy to get words posted here lol.  I Pray it goes fast AND continues in perfect timing

@PRC Rabbit  Congratulations You should get an award for patience,  i never noticed u quietly waiting until 3 weeks ago which was then double what you should of had to wait.  So glad things are moving now.

@pajobra Flew over Montreal yesterday about 4pm, thought about you and all the progress you are making.  8 hours later I flew over Russia and thot about @Tatiana&D.S. medical same day.  So good to see steady progress. :D

Today I'm hanging out with Ann in Manila, it's so nice to be back in arms length away from her..... at the most.  Tomorrow morning is our interview and after that, it's just hanging out and running around Manila for a week.

@Estibaliz  Just a few days away from the same thing ;)  You're so close now!

So.... to all of ya, Keep up the progress :)

3 days away ;)

Have a nice time with Ann (don't squeeze her with that much hugging as I'm sure you are providing her :P) and bestest of luck for the interview tomorrow :D

When I got my RFE, they no longer emailed. It took just over 2 weeks. Be on the lookout for the mail!

Did they update online or the tracker?

Wow, been away for a bit and we have a new thread and lots of approvals and even some visas!

Just a quick update on us, I think I may have mentioned some of this in the other thread.

The Irish police certificate showed up. For the record, it was just about the three weeks they say on the web site -- maybe 2.5 weeks total.

In spite of asking if there was a way to expedite (paying for it or not) those requests just got ignored -- I think they do the certificates the day

you ask, so there's no expedited processing -- so the delay seems mostly to be mail.

We're following in Marzena & Stephen's (congrats!) and pajobra's footsteps by 2-3 weeks, medical is 10/18 and interview is 10/25, she opted to spend a week in Montreal

and will have a little vacation with her mother.

Today I picked up the paperwork from the lawyer for the interview. All told, it's about 300 pages (includes K1 filing as well as all the other documents needed

at the consulate.) As usual there was a lawyer-related glitch, discovered when I came to sign (don't use lawyers, kids), I spent a couple hours at the county

court's records office to fix that, but it's a relief to have all our paperwork done. We could have scheduled earlier if we'd know for sure when the Irish

police certificate would come, but as it is we know our dates and can finally start planning everything, and I've assumed she'll get her visa and started

scheduling stuff for her in the US.

Really looking forward to hearing how long it actually takes the visa to show after the interview for our fellow Canadian filers! Good luck next week pajobra!

I am glad you guys have things moving again. Ugh on all the issues because of the lawyer. I will let you know when the visa comes after my interview.

Awww that she also will be going to Montreal and having a bit of vacation with her Mum. My mum and I have had a great time so far. I am a bit nervous for my interview afraid they might ask for something I don’t have like bank statements. I am hoping it all goes fine. Chris makes 160% above poverty so I doubt they will ask for anything beyond the usual tax transcripts. But I still worry.

I think today Mum and I are going to Mont Royal if our poor tootsies can take it. lol We have walked an avg of 5.5 miles a day since we got here.

Congrats on on the recent approvals. Sure hope to see more soon. Hugs and love from Montreal.

Nope. Even though we just went through the entire process- even POE - if you check our receipt number it says your RFE has been received.

Yes that’s all I’m getting is that it’s been received. Congrats on POE

The tracker was still not working properly when Amy got her Approval so of course it says received still. Tracker seems to have been working properly for a month now so hopefully yours will change to approved soon.

Thanks for your answer.

My fiance called to nvc and the supervisor said that the case is at the embassy, but our status says: at nvc, so i doubt that the case is at the embassy

When you call to nvc, how long to your status change on internet? To say ready?

Did you tell supervisor that your status on ceac is different? Maybe you'd better also call embassy?

Our status changed same day after we talked to supervisor, but he informed my fiancee that it could change.
