Congrats on the upcoming interview. :) Such exciting news.

I am still waiting waiting waiting. But work is going really really well. :) I love it so far. We also have great work perks. We get a percentage off our bills with most cell phone carriers so that helps. I get 23% off my monthly plan with AT&T and that includes my spouse. :D My husband has applied to several places for part-time work so he is hoping to hear something this week. :) He has two more laser eye treatments for his diabetic something coming up but he is now under my benefits so no lapse in med coverage so that is good.

Thanks! My letter arrived already last week. October 3rd it will happen.

Good luck for you and Chris to have everything working out as you wish! :)

Had our Green Card interview today and we are approved! We got the notice that the GC is in production before we even made it home. Very easy interview with only 2 or three questions asked.

Does anyone know what we do if everything expires before being given an interview?  My husband's I-94, driver's license and work authorization all expire in February and it looks like processing times for our office could possibly go beyond then.

04/05/17 - Notice date

04/06/17 - NOA1 text & e-mail

04/10/17 - NOA1 hard copy
07/31/17 - NOA2 hard copy

08/14/17 - Received NVC case #

08/17/17 - Case left NVC / in transit
08/18/17 - Case ready at embassy!
09/13/17 - Medical
09/21/17 - Interview - Approved!

10/09/17 - POE Phoenix

10/22/17 - Married!

AOS:
11/16/17 - AOS packet mailed

11/18/17 - Delivered

11/22/17 - NOA1 text & e-mail

Hi ! You have to apply for renewal for the ead and ap immediatey. From my understanding it can take up to 6 months to renew ead right now. I would send the paperwork asap.

Okay, thank you!!  For some reason when I was researching it sounded like you could only renew for a non-immigrant visa and I got confused.

Hey Marchies! :)

560 days after getting the NOA1 for the K1 visa we had our AOS interview yesterday, and we walked out approved!

So glad it's finally done, and this visa journey is over.... until ROC!

Yay that is wonderful. :) I am hoping we get our interview letter next week because I just wanna get my time off submitted. lol We plan to make a day of it and visit our friend in Denver and take her out to lunch. I am expecting that it is likely gonna be Wednesday November 7th judging from the reviews at the Denver office. lol

I work 1:15-10pm mon-fri so I took an early quit on the 7th of 7pm just in case we have to go to Denver that night and stay over in a hotel. Right now its unpredictable snow season in the mountains. We had fun fog and blizzard like conditions yesterday that would have made driving to Denver horrible.

Hello everyone! We recently got our ead and ap back in September. I was wondering have any of you traveled outside the United States with AP? And if so, How was your experience? I am going out of the country this Thursday to Mexico and coming back a few days to baptize our son there. Anything will help! Thanks!!
