So my Fiancee had to take the Sputum test in the Philippines but her results turned out negative on the Sputum test.

I've read in places that you will receive a Yellow piece of paper stating that she is entering US with Class B1 or B2 TB and need to be checked by local health clinic.  However when we went through the POE, she never received any notification.

Do they have a new process of notifying us that we need to get her checked out?  I'm just so confused.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did get a yellow paper, written on there which class TB I had in 1994. DOH was aware of my arrival and scheduled a TB test with me.

She could contact your State's Department of Health if they are informed about her arrival. But if the sputum was negative, why are you worried? Did she had TB before?

There will be an annotation in her visa.  Health dept. will contact her in USA for a blood test and chest X-ray
