based on your timeline you have waited a year+ and still no NOA 2 ... You have a RFE also ... not sure the details

 

its not worth getting a AP or denial .. being at the interview will reduce your chances

 

 

Yes your right! I made my mind to go. The RFE was asking for a divorce papers and marriage papers with a person I never married!!! So it makes no sense.  I replied back saying that I never married that person with a sworn affidavit from them that we never married. Yes it's been 1 years and 1 month still no noa2 hopefully soon....
