Wish I knew how long to wait for delivery of her Visa to Quezon City in Metro Manila...I want to buy a plane ticket as soon as possible. :thumbs::dance::dance::dance:

She has done the CFO Seminar already once, but it my understanding that she has to do so again to get the sticker placed on her Visa, so she will go back again after receiving her Visa.Seems like such a waste in knowing she had to do so once when she changed her name on her passport to her married name...So now we wait for the delivery, and buying her plane ticket.

04-16-07 = Interview ( APPROVED!!!) -- Praise God!!!

04-27-07 = VISA in hand

06-08-07 = Arrived USA

07-21-07 = Church Wedding

AOS Timeline:

07-23-07 = AOS/EAD package mailed

07-25-07 = Package received at P.O. Box Chicago, IL

08-16-07 = Biometrics Appointement Notice in mail

08-24-07 = for AOS/EAD Biometrics in Hammond, IN

08-31-07 = NOA1 for EAD received / NOA1 for AOS received / RFE for AOS receieved

10-03-07 = EAD Card arrived in mail

10-04-07 = Filed for SSN (expect to get the card in mail by 10-18-07)

10-16-07 = SSN card arrived in mail

10-22-07 = AOS files transferred to CSC to speed up processing

11-02-07 = Applied for Indiana State ID (It takes 30-60 days)

11-10-07 = NOA for the Approval of Permanent Residence arrived in mail. No Interview (Thank God at last!)

11-17-07 = I-551 (Conditional Permanent Resident Card) arrived in mail. Praise the Lord!

NEXT STEP:

1.) Remove Conditional Status after 2 yrs. Form I-751

2.) Apply for Citizenship after 3 yrs. Form N-400

The consul will tell you if you pass or not. They will give you a pink slip. Pink means you passed it.

I'm not sure how many days will visa arrive from delbros coz as of now, my wife is still waiting for her visa, it's been a week now.

Thanks..but our dance has come to an end.

Put on AR, and no idea why...and worse yet is not knowing if it will take 2 weeks or 2 years like some.

Now we go home, put our heads under a pillow and pray to God that this is all just a bad dream, and we'll awake to a better day..but then the reality hits, and see all the stories of others in AR and realize we may not even see each other for months, and months. I give up, and wish they would tell us why, or when. I have tried calling and gotten the sorry cant help you...wait, we are still processing your case, now go away, and dont call back attitude..

I'm sorry..just so down right now it hurts..
