No... They wouldn't....

You have to go through a judicial process regardless of who you are and what you have done so please don't give out false information as it is misleading for others.

what im saying as of right now he is not in deportation are have they put him in one, so unless he go through judicial process he is still legal ,

Correct.

No one is saying he is in deportation/removal proceedings as of right now. What people are saying is there is a 99.9% chance he will be very shortly.

As one attorney told you, do not pursue anything right now, and do not travel awhile (4yrs or reform in your favor)

As a GC holder you can work & live but there are no guarantee ICE wont interest, I hardly think so unless you

travel, or get involved with the law...in the meantime you should retain an atty, and see if thy can work a miracle

on a misrep maybe.

Please know that there are GC holders who are denied citizenship for some sort of infractions but renew GC & are

not in the NOTICE TO SHOW CAUSE list...but traveling triggers a lot so stay put until it sorted out

Interview was Aug 8, Decision made Sept 1. No Notice or future hearings in 1-800 status check system as of Sep 26.

any thoughts?

and basically I was looking for someone who had such situations and if they were able to sort it out and how. I respect all the structural and honest feed back and thanks everybody for negative or positive input.

You will not find someone is the same situation, and somebody who has a sort of similar situation may have had a totally different outcome.

Nobody can tell you what will happen in your case.

You have received some odd comments, but that is the nature of VJ. My best guess is that assuming you stay put and avoid any more issues they will probably leave you alone. Otherwise anything the does happen is not likely to happen quickly but you should have a back up plan, Lawyer on call.

Applying for naturalisation was a weird thing to do in your situation but too late now.

It seems like a matter of time if and when they decide to catch up with you.   They have all your information including social security number via the N-400 process.  Maybe they will do nothing.  They could have arrested you by now. They will know where you work from your W2 and when you file taxes.   They know when your green card expires.  I would do as the lawyers have said  and lay low and not apply for anything.  It could be they have decided to let you stay via green card only.

For the avoidance of confusion, a GC is proof of status not the status itself.

Not really anything to with a N400, just how it came up.

Waivers?

Not really anything happening at the moment.
