It's always Trump's fault now, its his mantle to deal with, Obama got this for eight years from the Right, remember the whole uproar on the type of mustard he used? LOL

Donnie and the Right have to take it.

However, we live in a world of alternate facts, so it's still all Obama/Hillary/Bill/JFK's fault. LOL.

In addition, you need to consider bandwidth and throughput constraints... LOL.

Yep, follow the narrative the Left Wing Media is trying to perpetuate.  It is interesting how the governor was claiming this was the best preparations ever and supplies started moving even as the storm was just clearing, but that is not enough for the MDL.  Here comes this mayor acting as a tool calling out things that she doesn't even know and the MDL makes her a credible source and ignore the other mayors, or the governor that say things are happening.

The MDL is just grasping...

We don't need to follow anyone's narrative, we are adults and have our own informed view.   The president puts himself in a bad light with his tweets from the golf course.  It is really too bad that he undermines the bravery and effort of the responders and the Puerto Rican people with such unfortunate labels.

Trump no respect for anyone else who's not praising him 24/7 for doing the best job ever!  Racial slurs are the best he has to offer.

I think the reality is that PR had relatively poor infrastructure, was hammered by two storms (one historic) and is not accessible by land. The island is devastated with 19 out of 20 folks with no communications, impassible or dangerous roads, water and power wiped out and the threat of devastation still out there for many.

Our FEMA staff must be stretched to the end with three historic storms back to back. They along with many of the on shore and off shore responders deserve our appreciation.

We don't need to pretend the devastation isn't that bad or the Puerto Ricans or "leftists" are to blame. It is just a tough hand.

We need continue to push hard as a people however we can.

The original post was about looking forward to rebuilding, we have a long road ahead.

But it's okay to blame everything on Trump right?

Terrible Leadership from our President. Spending time complaining about players taking a knee during a National Anthem rather than using that time in dealing with the crisis in Puerto Rico.

Yes such terrible leadership. Military ready to respond before the storm hit. Enough supplies piled up in Puerto Rican ports to supply the whole island for months delivered within a week. I fail to see how whining teamsters holding people's well being hostage to get a pay raise has anything to do with Trump's leadership. By the way how much time did he spend making a one minute statement about how some over paid cry babies are basically urinating on our flag? Probably about one minute.

Give me one example of a racial slur. I am aware of SNL calling Trump a "cracker" (which is a racial slur as much as the social justice warriors don't want to admit it) this weekend and running their mouths about how racist he is for helping white people in Tx and Fl but not the minorities in PR. The left is so ignorant they don't realize many areas of Tx and Fl are 50% or more minority. Houston being one of them. This virtue signaling about race is totally absurd.

I am not blaming anything on anybody.  Blame is not what is called for, what is called for is to the folks who are supposed to lead demonstrate that leadership.  Here are examples of Trump proving once again his lack of leadership and impulse control:

"The Mayor of San Juan, who was very complimentary only a few days ago, has now been told by the Democrats that you must be nasty to Trump," Trump began just after 7 a.m. ET. "Such poor leadership ability by the Mayor of San Juan, and others in Puerto Rico, who are not able to get their workers to help," he added. "They want everything to be done for them when it should be a community effort. 10,000 Federal workers now on Island doing a fantastic job

"Fake News CNN and NBC are going out of their way to disparage our great First Responders as a way to 'get Trump,'" he tweeted in one. "Not fair to FR or effort!"
"The Fake News Networks are working overtime in Puerto Rico doing their best to take the spirit away from our soldiers and first R's. Shame!," went another.

San Juan mayor and others haven't pitched in with Puerto Rico relief.

Agreed. If a JFK type Democrat ran for president I would probably vote for them. The Democrat party has become so radicalized it's disgusting.

What is disgusting is that folks eat a steady diet of Kentucky Fried McBrietbart junk food and expect to be able to convince others that they have the best path forward.
