i dont have anyone blocked but a girl that pm'd me for advice some how has blocked me from replying. i emailed her and she said she didnt block me but maybe it was a mistake and now neither one of us know how to unblock me.

sorry almaty...i would never block u so please tell me how to do it. and im not talking about the IT u r probably thinking about ;)

If you are talking about here on VJ just go to 'My Controls' and click on PM block list on the left side. If there is a user name that you want to remove from the list just click on delete! Good luck
