Road Trip To Canada

Hey, folks

 

Bunny and I are planning a road trip ... a very long road trip and we want to go Kannada (that's how I tease her) (Canada). This trip is yet on planning mode and I have to research more and see about leave from my new job (yea I got paid 1st time in America .. Made some American Dollar. And as promised, I just walked home with a bunch of flowers and chocolates and handed my check to wifey and she started crying .. tears of joys). 

 

But As LPR can I enter Canada without Visa or Do I have to have tourist Visa?

As an LPR you don't need a visa to visit Canada. If flying, you will need to apply online for eTA, but for a road trip, you should be good to go just with the green card and your passport. See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=593

Agree with this---if you've got some time and gas to waste, it is a great road trip...just make lots of stops along the way and don't forget to pack tons of munchies.

hahahahah thanks guys .. I am yet researching about this trip and nothing solid planned out but we will definitely take this trip and make multiple stops visiting friends and family on the way. 

 

Glad that I don't need a Visa and my GC will work. Awesome. Thanks guys
