My CR-1 interview is on 5/24/07 BUT I also got an approval notice for I129f yesterday.

I know they CSC will send it to NVC and then to Delhi Embassy...

Do I need to do anything about this? or just let it go as is...

RIMASH,

It would the the polite thing to do to let someone know that the I-129f petition is no longer necessary.

I-129f petitions usually go through the NVC too fast for you to catch the petition there, so you might want to notify the consulate of the situation and let them know that you do not wish to pursue a K3 visa application because of the pending immigrant visa interview. They will appreciate that you will have saved them a bit of unnecessary effort.
