London joint sponsorship and current waiting times

Hey all firstly I just wanted to know if anyone knew the current waiting times for the medical and interview in London? 

 

Also im thinking of doing a joint sponsorship has my bf hasn't worked in the last year because he's been in the U.K. On a tourist visa. Last year he earned 25k this year he's getting 17k in veteran money and student loans. So he technically meets the financial requirements to sponsor me of £16200 for the state of Georgia. However his dad has offered to be a joint sponsor. Do they both just fill out an i134 form ( I don't see anywhere on there that mentions joint sponsorship). Would I need to write a cover letter to explain?

To clarify, part of your boyfriends "income" is from student loans he is currently taking?

Thanks. Would it be worth even matt filing a form or shall I just depend on his dad who earns well above the poverty line?

Use the Dad. For a LONDON interview one I-134 will do it. Nothing from your fiancé.

Later for AOS, they both will do an I-864 as required by immigration law. But only one for a K1 interview in London.

 

You need no cover letter for anything with a London interview. Anything you want to discuss, is done face to face at the interview.

London alllows you to self sponsor, avoid the issue entirely.

What's self sponsor? How much money do I have to have etc?
