k1 visa RFE

Hello everyone...
So we are waiting for the response for our RFE! It's been almost a month that we sent the response to our RFE. Will they send us a letter that they got our response, or they will send the response only? We are so confused and worried! Hopefully it won't take another year till we get a new update

You won't receive any confirmation from them that they received the RFE documents you sent, unless you opted for tracking/delivery confirmation when you mailed  it out.  You could always call and request to speak to an L2 officer and see if they can confirm it was received.

it has been a week we received the Invitation Email, and it says we have to register for the interview date and pay the fee, and I am checking every day and there is no date available to register for the interview, is this normal? and also it doesn't let me pay the fee until I have registered a date.  

from the top progress bar, it seems like I have to pay first then scheduled for an interview, but there is no option to pay the fee.

I can't say anything for sure, but as far as I know you're right. You need to pay first then only choose a day of your interview. Cuz I did it that way when was applying for B1/B2 visa. I guess you can make a new thread so as someone can give you a better advice.  best of luck!
