My NOA1 date was June 22, 2017, they are processing NOA1 June 23, 2017 dates today but I haven't gotten any email notices yet. It's at CSC center. Also was wondering if anyone has gone through the Bogotá embassy and how it was. Look forward to hearing from the group! Happy New Year and lots of luck!

As far as I know, the embassy of the U.S.

in Mexico is the only one now processing visas for Cuban citizens, except if you hold legal status in a different country. Otherwise Mexico is the only one allowed.

T-Bone, check out Chicagomeetshavana on Facebook.  It's a couple going through the K-1 process.  Their page has videos and info on how their process in unfolding.  They are actually all the way to the finish line now...just waiting for the US Embassy in Bogota to issue their visa.

Amshep, for immigrant visas (Including the K-1, which is considered under the immigrant visa umbrella), the US Embassy in Bogota has been officially named as the Embassy where they will be processed for Cuban nationals.  The latest update I read about the US Embassy in Havana was about 1 week ago and it was not very detailed.  However, my understanding is that USCIS operations will be taken over "temporarily" in Mexico, including most US Citizen Services.

Not sure where you’re at with the process but we all moved to a Facebook group to work through it together. 3 couples have been approved through bogota so far. PM me for the link if you wanna join the FB group

I got NOA2 Jan 12 or so in mail; website is still indicating that it is pending. They issued letter Jan 8. It's now 2.5 weeks and no info about NVC. I'd like to get link to fb page, thanks.
