So my medical examination happened in May 2017, and I'm applying for my adjustment of status now-ish, at the very latest next month. Does this mean I don't have to send in the Form I-693? Do I have to show the vaccination record that I have or no? I just got a little confused about it and would love some confirmation.

Thanks!

[Sorry - I posted this in the wrong AOS forum. This question was meant for the Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas forum. It frustrates me sometimes that I cannot delete this and post it there. I am sooooo sorry].

If your vaccinations are up to date and you're filing your AOS within a year of your K-1 medical, then your DS-3025 should suffice. However, if you're missing any vaccinations, then you'll need to get those shots and have a CS transcribe it all onto the I-693.

Refer to Page 7 Item 3 of the I-693 instructions on the requirements for K-1.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
