Neat idea. We did that to one of our presidents, big thing. Funny though, now we know that our present president is doing much more and his government is stealing a lot more than our impeached president did, and yet, not only we reelected him, people won't do a damn thing about it.

Well in my opinion.. the sooner the better.. alot can happen in a year... BUT i think it would just be a Good thing to just show the world He does NOT represent the american people in his actions.. I have friends all over the world.. and the opinion is quite low I think the american people need to stand up for themselves

What a huge waste of time, money, and effort...for nothing. Don't these state politicians have more pressing matters to attend to than to waste time on the Vermont taxpayers' dime? It's not even their jurisdiction and it doesn't do squat.

It's more hype than substance.

That's the important thing. The shrub and his 'with us or against us' attitude toward foreign policy have absolutely ruined world opinion of this country. Even if it didn't work or it took a long time it would be worth it to show the outside world, 'GWB is not my president'.

I'll agree that this one vote is more hype than substance, but imagine this mood being expressed across the country in state and municipal legislative bodies. It wold still be out of their jurisdiction, but it would mean something and Congress would take notice.

Some one has to take the first step. I hope others find the political courage to step up to the plate.
