Hi

I sponsered my husband. We got married on 24 oct 2013. He came to US on 20 oct 2015. He got 10 years green card. But recently i just heard about  conditional green card and several cases of uscis incorrect green card expiration

So what should i do? We are planning an international trip as well. So should i consider that its actually 10 years expiry or its a mistake..

And what if he travel internationally after oct with this card. Will it be tougher for him to come back.

If your husband entered in the USA after 2 years of marriage he will get a permanent green card for 10years. Conditional green card only apply for CR1 visa or if the spouse entered in the USA before 2 years of marriage.

Yea thatis why i am confused here, he entered on 20 oct 2015, just 4 days before our 2nd anniversary
