Hello guys

so me and my fiancé met last march on facebook and we recently met in person at Cancun , we spent a week together ,and shortly after i proposed to her on the phone when we came back , we already consumed our relationship , there is no age gap between us and were both not a very religious person, and now she is looking to start a petition to bring me to the usa , and after we checked the document that need to be submitted with the i-129F they did not suggest a proof of ongoing relationship(like chat log , message , video calls) and in the other hand i see lot off people sending there application with chat log and phone record so i am a bit confused , any suggestion ? , should i send them or not ?

That is correct, the I-129F petition does not actually require relationship evidence, only evidence of having met in person within the past 2 years. However, people often submit additional relationship evidence such as call/chat logs and photos because it can help the officer reviewing your case at the embassy to make a decision. This is known as 'front loading' a petition with evidence, and is very common to do when going through countries with higher denial and fraud rates such as Algeria or any MENA country for that matter.

Denials are certainly not uncommon for K1 visas.

That is why front loading is important, but the most important piece of evidence is time spent in person together. Spending just 1 week together is a red flag for a couple going through a North African embassy (even though it technically meets the filing requirement). You don't have an age difference, so that is one thing you don't have to worry much about. I always suggest to MENA couples to meet at least 2 times before sending the K1 petition, however getting an approval with just 1 visit together is certainly possible.
