Expedite Timeline?

On the 18th of September both my expedite request and i-129f were approved via email

Does anyone know the timeline change since my case was successfully expedited?

Anyone have experience of how the Expedite will change the usual timeline?

Obviously still awaiting my NOA2 in the mail. 

 

(I am currently deployed in the middle east and have recently reenlisted for an OCONUS duty station that I will go to in 2018)

What do you mean by "timeline change since your case was successfully expedited"?

K1 Visa petitions can only be expedited while they are still with USCIS...once you get your NOA2 then your case gets transferred to NVC then to the beneficiary's embassy...

After NOA2 from USCIS you the Petitioner and the beneficiary can to some extent control the pace of how fast you can get your VISA...

So... depending on

-how fast your case goes through the NVC to your embassy and

-how fast your embassy processes K1 visas...

and hopefully you have everything ready for your fiance(e) (i.e affidavit of support, proof of ongoing relationship, police clearance certificates, etc)...

you should have your visa in hand in 6 weeks or less.
