I everyone , after 5 months and 2 weeks we finally received good news with instruction to file i-134, and I need some help here.

1- I have dependents on my tax return filing, should I include them in the Dependent's information section ?

They are included in Tax-Return Documents.

2- I have some income from IHSS which according to IRS notice 2014 this income is tax exempt so it is not included in my tax return as w2 but I got W2s should I include W2s ? I have copy them along with notice of IRS and IHSS attached to my income and tax return documents although it is not part of my income. ( but truly is)

Also Is there any chart of information on Income level that I make sure I can be a good fit for sponsoring my fiance or I will gonna need a joint sponsor

thank you all in advance,..

absolutely. 100%. They are your dependents and are included on your tax-returns, so why would you think that you do NOT need to include them?

I do not know what IHSS is - I tried to google it without help (Illinois High School Sports? In Home Supportive Services? Idiopathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis?)  you can probably check with someone without that organization or the person you filed taxes through - but when in doubt I would say you should include it, because it's better to include something that you don't need instead of leaving something out that you might need.

If you google "poverty level" and the state you are living in, you can find a table. Here's a generic one for 2016: https://www.***removed***/affidavit-of-support/i-864p-poverty-guidelines.html

And lastly - PLEASE fill out your profile and timeline. Not only will it help you by connecting you to others filing in the country your beneficiary is from, but it helps all of us if you have an accurate timeline as it figures into statistics about waiting times, etc.

It is  In-Home Supportive Services which is basically a wage paid to those who are disabled and of low-income a way to maintain a household safely.

The actual form for poverty level is here:  https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p. Use caution when relying on third-party websites for this kind of information! It changes frequently and the USCIS has the correct information always.

As the income supplement is provided to low-income individuals, it's unlikely you will meet those guidelines @Vazric (forgive me if this isn't the case), but it might be a red flag in any case. It might be a good idea to find a co-sponsor for a second I-134.

@Peot thank you so much and you are right it is in-home supportive services IHSS which I am the provider means I work for the qualified person and that doesnt mean I am low income, again thanks for being concern and for information, I have used the web site you gave and it seems I will be fine with 60k a annual income. with 2 dependents. I hope my understanding of the chart is correct though :)))

@EandH0904 thank you too for answering my questions. I had search and find something similar and what Peot provided from uscis seems more reliable. and sure I will fill up my profile :)

I know this is unrelated question but have you guys get a proof of being single and never married ? I mean your fiance.

thanks a lot

Are you going through the Moroccan Embassy?  He did have to get proof of being single, I don't know how to describe the place in English - but if you are going through Morocco -
