Job change and pending AOS

Hi there so my current job is coming to an end sadly and I already got another lined up. However it will be less pay. Still enough to meet the poverty guidelines. I'm sponsoring my husband.

I already responded to an RFIE. They indicated that I don't meet the poverty guidelines (which I do, it was the standard yellow letter) so I responded and sent a fat package to them with lots of bank statements, employment letter, w2s, paystubs and so on. I used to be with that company for 5 years.

Will it be an issue that I start a new job during AOS? Will I take the last 3 pay stubs with me during an interview even though it's from the new job?

No, it will not be an issue, just go with your new paystubs, if asked during the interview, then you present the new paystub... USCIS understands people changes job during the long processing time for GC....

I won't worry about that at all.

Good luck
