Hello guyes i m inquiry about my sister F2A visa which is fild by my mother 

 

Peority Date 15th july 2016

Date of Birth 11/16/1996

 

I was recieve an email in sep for the fees and I864 form and fees i was submited After 60 days i was call NVC they told me my sister is on CSPA.

 

I was check the CSPA chart calculater they said she is good for the visa .

 

But the problum is that she was turn 21 last year in November .

 

She is the only child my mom have n my mom is widow is any buddy telll me is she get the visa or no ? 

 

Is her age is freeze or no ? 

 

I m really apriciate if some one gave me a response

It is hard to give a correct answer if we do not know her approval date. 

Approval date - Priority date = CSPA age

As long as "her age < 21 + CSPA age", she is eligible for CSPA.

 

Her age is locked as soon as her PD is current in visa bulletin.

CSPA only freezes when PD got Current and age under 21..otherwise category changes from F2a to F2b....I turned 21 in feb2018 after that nvc told me your case is requiring review for eligibility of CSPA and it will run when PD will become current  on 1may2018 my pd got current at that time my CSPA age was 20years10months so nvc approved my CSPA and completed my case now my Interview is on 26july 😊 i hope In Shaa Allah i wiol get visa😊
