About immigrant visas and review at washington

Is it a spousal visa?

What were the questions the CO asked you when he/she was conducting the interview?

Did your sponsor pass the poverty deadline for Affidavit Of Support?

Do you have any ineligibility?

Why were you placed on AP?

Well you have no timeline or profile data entered so its difficult to determine your what visa you applied for and what exactly you are referring to.

However, all cases go under some AP (administrative processing) after interview and before issuing.  I encourage you to enter some timeline and profile information so that when you have questions VJers have some background information that will help them answer appropriately.

ALSO, I encourage you to go to the AP forum on this website and do some reading of the other posts there.  It will give you some insight about AP.
