No one can answer that. It's up to the discretion of the adjudicator. No way for anyone here to know.

If it is impossible to obtain the paystubs then you have no choice but to send it in without. IRS transcripts, tax return, and W2s are all good evidences.

I have a joint sponsor but I cant get his pay stubs, will I get RFE if i just send his employment letter, irs transcripts, 1040 and w-2 for three years and birth certificate or will it be enough?

There's always an option to obtain pay stubs from the Human Resources. Did the co-sponsor try requesting for it ?

Thank you for reply! All that he said was that he has direct deposit. I'm gonna ask him to request pay stubs.

Direct Deposit is the mode of payment and he can still get the pay stubs with ease. It takes about 3 minutes for the HR personnel to pull up the information and print it. The reason am confident about this is because i work in the HR Dept :) all the best Esya
