Pls I have petitioned F2A with a priority date of July 2016, can someone explain to me when I can expect to here from NVC for further processing.( when my case can become current)

Nobody can say for sure, but roughly taking 18 months for the PD to become current in F2A is reasonable. I do think it will slow down a bit in the future (maybe 2 years?), but that's just a prediction...you need to check the Visa Bulletin each month. Oct. 2015 is the current PD.

When your PD is after the "Dates for Filing" for F2A, you are permitted (not required) to send the next set of documents to NVC. However, they won't actually process them until your PD is current (past the "Final Action Dates" for F2A).

F2A is 08APR16 right now for filing dates. Next month's VB has it at 01NOV16, which means you are permitted to send the documents to NVC next month.

Hello , if things do not change (for better or worse) it should take approximately 2 years , my wife filed on 19 of october 2015 and i've got my visa interview for october 2017

 

So that means you will get your interview LETTER somewhere between may and june 2018 and you ACTUAL INTERVIEW (and visa in hand in a few days after 2-14 days usually in a week , depends on the embassy in that country)

on  july 2018 (i repeat if things stay the same )

Priority Date 19 october 2015

Don't worry God always has the best plan for each of us , just put your faith in Him and everything will be great.

Along the others , keep in mind that you should not skip  and prepare the petitioner's AOS (Afidavid of support) that will show NVC your US wife/husband is working in the USA and earning x amount of money (at least at 125% over the poverty level)
